As Co-Principal of APS Real Estate Group, I bring together business strategy, financial expertise, and a passion for thoughtful design. I lead acquisitions, financial planning, accounting, and long-term growth initiatives, helping guide projects from initial opportunity through successful execution. 

With a background in management, business administration, and financial accounting, I approach every decision with a focus on value creation, operational efficiency, and sustainability. My experience in real estate investment and portfolio management allows me to evaluate projects not only for their immediate potential, but for their long-term performance and impact. 

While strategy and finance are central to my work, I am equally invested in the details that transform a house into a home. From material palettes and finish selections to overall project vision, I believe successful design is rooted in intentional choices, careful stewardship of resources, and a clear understanding of how people live within a space. 

Raised in a family of Greek immigrants, I developed an early appreciation for the role home plays in bringing people together. That perspective continues to influence my work today, inspiring a commitment to creating spaces that foster connection, enrich daily life, and deliver enduring value. 

I work with my business partner and sister, Areti Sakellaris. Together we are the principals of APS Real Estate Group, and we are ASID affiliates.
